Cancellation Policy

Transport Booking Regulations To ensure the highest level of service and readiness, please adhere to the following booking rules: • Standard Service (Point-to-Point): All taxi or chauffeur services within the city/local area must be booked at least one (1) hour in advance. • Airport/Flight Transfers: Reservations for transfers to or from an airport must be confirmed a minimum of (6) hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time. This allows for traffic planning and vehicle preparation. • Long-Distance/Special Events (e.g., Weddings, Tours): Bookings for trips exceeding 50 miles or involving a dedicated vehicle for more than four (4) hours must be made at least three (3) days in advance. Note: Any reservation request that falls outside these windows will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
